Location was extremely good. 1 minute walk to subway. Room was compact but I was traveling alone so it was totally adequate
The mattress and pillow were traditional old style Japanese. Very thin and uncomfortable

Across the road from a convenience store and close to a metro station. Heated toilet seat. They had a washing machine.
The bed was quite hard

Bed is soft, good toilet and nearby ammeties. Near a Lawson and trainstation that can go directly to Nagoya station
came to the room and the LCD tv was switched off, turned it on and the screen was already smashed. probably previous guest quietly did not inform the hotel. Did not need to watch the TV, but scared the hotel would have pinned the damage on me. So I informed them of the damaged TV.
area is noisy, 10th floor able to hear your neighbours and the downstairs traffic.
Lack of fire escape - the fire escape is in one of the rooms that is front facing, there is no stairs and only 1 elevator.
