Location is pretty good. Close to railway station. Not close to supermarkets though. I would suggest good research on trains or rent a car. The place is very pretty and close to the beach and right on the lake.

I really really loved the view! Even though the pool was closed because it's still too cold and windy in April, the view was stunning. Just looking out at the lake every morning felt to special. My dog also really loved the garden and the grass. All so well cared for. The price was also very reasonable. I really liked how you can just step into the view by opening the door. Inside is modern, clean, also very spacious.
it's located in a very small town and there's nothing much around, but with a car it's not a real problem.
