La posizione è ottima hai il mare di fronte a pochi metri. Anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente ed inoltre l'alloggio dispone di posto auto.
Vicino al centro ma allo stesso tempo contesto tranquillo e riservato.
All'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che dovevamo pagare a parte le pulizie. Nella descrizione dei servizi non era del tutto chiaro questo aspetto. Vi è indicato solo il servizio lavanderia a pagamento. Credo sia più corretto indicare il prezzo già incluso di spese di pulizia e non giocare su un prezzo inferiore e mettere a parte tutta una serie di servizi. Anche perchè se affitto un alloggio mi aspetto che mi venga fornito pulito. Tra l'altro sono stati tralasciati alcuni dettagli nelle pulizie come il ventilatore in camera da letto.
Però questi sono piccoli dettagli, nel complesso la struttura ha un rapporto prezzo-qualità buono e la consiglio per una vacanza a Vieste.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. There’s a lovely promenade nearby, and it takes around 30 minutes on foot to reach Vieste’s charming old town.
Sunbeds at the beach were included, which was a nice surprise.
However, it would have been good to know in advance about the additional charges for cleaning and air conditioning.
Overall, a wonderful place – I would definitely love to come back!

Appartamento pulito e comodissimo al mare. Tra i pochi ad avere servizio spiaggia incluso. Una bella veranda permette di fare i pasti all'aperto. I proprietari sono disponibili e molto gentili
