Výborné ubytovanie, súkromie, krásny výhľad a super poloha. Celý komplex je moderný, príjemný, v parteri kaviarničky, reštaurácie, vchod a byt veľmi čistý.
Jedine nám nevyhovovali vankúše, ale inak všetko super.

Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Strassenlärm wird durch die Wände und Fenster perfekt abgeschirmt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Bars sowie ein Supermarkt, so dass die Versorgung gesichert war. Die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte überall problemlos. Das ganze Gebäude macht einen gehobenen und gepflegten Eindruck.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft hat Optimierungspotenzial: Der Duschkopf ist längst aufgeplatzt und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Im Bad fehlen Ablagen für Shampoo (Dusche) und Kosmetikartikel. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Küche funktioniert nicht.

Good location, modern apartment
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. After flying for 18 hours from San Francisco, we arrived at 4:30 PM (half an hour after the guaranteed 4:00 PM check-in time) to find one of our two booked apartments completely uncleaned. The service team used a poor excuse about the cleaning lady being sick, instead of informing us upfront. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, texting us that we could just "stay for a while" in the other apartment since we booked two. We paid for two clean, ready rooms, not to manage their scheduling issues. Absolute lack of basic service and respect for paying guests.
