Our bathroom door needs WD40 on hinges and the place was clean except hairdryer on the wall was dusty as could be. Other than that all was fine.

The mattress was comfortable and the room was clean.
We had a wake-up call set for 4am to make sure we didn't miss our flight. We got the call at 2:30am instead.
The mattress was comfortable but the platform it was on was smaller than the mattress so it moved.
The pool room smelled like paint thinner.
It took 10 minutes before someone was at the front desk for us to check in. A phone was left out - presumably to call for whoever was covering the desk. But all it did was ring to another phone at the front desk.
The heater/AC unit in the room would squeal and grind.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Sheets where clean. Warm water everytime I showered. Aircon worked good.
The fragrance im the room is to strong. But you get used to it fast. And there wasn't any shampoo left in the bathroom. But we did bring our own.

You could tell they have tried to update the rooms, The front desk staff was very pleasant and attentive
Well our shower was dirty, the curtain had dirt on it, so it was not replaced when cleaned and there was a wash cloth on the curtain rod that was scrunched in it when pulled back and the washcloth was full of pubic hair. No to mention the bathroom floor had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor as well. We could not use the hot tub the first night and pool water smelled sort of like some sort of oil
