Great location very quiet. My auntie who has now developed walking difficulties loved the downstairs disable access bedroom.
The hob was a little hard to fathom out as the ring marker had been lost over the years and as its a ceramic hob you cannot tell which one was on unless you put your hand over the it. One of the reclining chairs was obviously broken as it reclined on a angle, someone of heavier weight must have abused it in the past
