The room was beautiful with enough storage to be very comfortable
The toilet did not flush, shower water was clogged. I wish we had a kettle in the room

Generally speaking, the property is exactly as it appears in the photos and comments. I believe its strongest advantage is the price. All in all, it suited me well this time.
I think the price and location make up for all the negatives, especially if your main intention is simply to have a place to sleep.

Easy access to that part of town
The bathroom was untidy with an old inadequate towel and musty smell
