The location was fantastic. Next to the main Chamonix bus stop, and an easy walk downtown. Also close to a grocery store and the agui de midi station. The apartment was cute and cozy, and the kitchen was stocked well enough. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Price was a little less than other properties, which made up for it being a little old and needing some updated.
Overall, nothing was bad and I probably would have given an 8-9 except it did not meet expectations set by the photos. They must have a good marketing team, because the photos were just way nicer the the reality. For example, the photo of the balcony shows 4 place settings, but you can only fit 2 chairs around the table in the super small space. Everything was a bit outdated and worn and the shower had moldy tiles. The beds were also super uncomfortable. I found that the sofa bed mattress was far better on the floor where the metal rods weren't pressing into my back and the springs weren't poking me. My kids said the bunk bed mattresses were super hard, but they did appreciate their little space. Lastly, it took some effort figuring out who to contact to get check-in info. I requested a 1700-1800 check-in which was denied, and didn't know until 30min before our arrival why or when I could check in. Once I got the info, it was easy to get the key from a lockbox and everything was good.

The view outside and the position of the place, it was good.
Our room had bunk beds , that were taken by my two sons, and a sofa bed, that wasn't any good to sleep on. I would have preferred to sleep in a real bed.

Väldigt bra boende! Enkelt att ha kontakt med värden.
Bra läge också. Vi hade utsikt mot Mont Blanc från balkongen!!

Die Lage ist super zentral zu den Bussen und der Innenstadt, der Blick auf die Berge ist grandios
Das Schlafsofa war zu zweit sehr unbequem und das Etagenbett befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Klotür und neben der Eingangstür auf dem Flur. Die dort Schlafenden werden also immer gestört.
Auch ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
