The Palazzo is quite an amazing building - definitely faded grandeur. Its central location overlooks the main piazza, it's spacious, is well-stocked with basic food items for a simple breakfast, and was great value for 4 of us. Communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay. Civita Castellana is a lovely town to explore, with some good restaurants.
It wasn't clear how the water heaters functioned, so we actually turned one off in a bathroom, thinking we were switching it on!. The kitchen water heater seemed to heat all the radiators as well if it was switched on, which in 25°C, we didn't want!
Some instructions in Italian and English would be a good idea for the future.
There was no WiFi, which we knew about, but was still quite inconvenient.

El apartamento tiene encanto y a nivel práctico tiene casi de todo, aunque en condiciones un poco obsoletas.
En la cocina hay de todo un poco por si quieres cocinar, la nevera llena, café, infusiones, galletas, pan tostado etc.
También en los baños puedes encontrar todo tipo de amenities como jabones, champú, acondicionador, secador de pelo con difusor ( punto positivo para las personas con pelo rizado).
Es la clásica casa antigua italiana de clase noble con un cierto aire decadente pero a la vez acogedora. El punto a favor es la ubicación (restaurantes, bares , supermercados, tiendas…todo muy cerca), la plaza de garaje y la relación calidad precio.
Paola la señora que lo gestiona, fue encantadora y nos hizo sentir como en casa.
Último piso sin ascensor, sin aire acondicionado (sólo ventiladores), ventanas de los dormitorios poco protegidas de la luz del día.
Es una casa que tiene muchísimo potencial si se mejorara un poco la limpeza y el cuidado de los detalles ( por ejemplo cortinas más oscuras en los dormitorios)

La casa è grande e spaziosa, comoda per il nostro gruppo. Eravamo in 6 e la comodità di avere due bagni ci ha permesso di avere modo di organizzarci al meglio. Per noi il soggiorno è stato piacevole ma con qualche pecca.
Purtroppo la casa non era pulita. Nelle camere c'era polvere e le tende erano sporche. Abbiamo anche riscontrato problemi con la cucina in quanto le pentole e le padelle erano tutte incrostate. Non siamo riusciti a farci neanche una tazza di acqua calda. La mattina siamo dovuti uscire a fare colazione in quanto anche le tre caffettiere a disposizione erano sporche.
