Staff really nice and friendly, checking in was quick the beds were soooo comfy!
Toiletries wasn't provided as stated online for shower we just had hand wash on bathroom sink. Rooms were quite basic which was OK for us as we only stayed one night and needed a place after a night out.

OVO organization is complete rubbish. Needed to contact them they do not answer the Phone, email address asks for booking number and does not move on.

A warm welcome and the bar downstairs is a friendly place to enjoy a few quiet drinks if travelling alone. The room was small but very clean. The bed was hard, which actually suited me, but may not everybody.
The bathroom was very cramped, especially the shower, and I was nervous about not being given a key to an external door, having been locked out of a hotel before, but the downstairs bar was open late. It's up and down hill to the place from the train station, but you won't escape that wherever you stay in Accrington!

Location was great, very central
So much noise from the pub at night, should have thought of it. Also very loud drunk people shouting on the landing with no consideration for anyone else. The mattress on the bed had no support in it. No fan in the room at a particularly hot time of year
