The breakfast was 1st class and the location made it easy to find.

Bit noisy as corridor door slamming closed while trying to sleep .

Friendly staff and the location, soft towels were outstanding

Squeaky bathroom door, a few minor improvements could be done to get a better score.

When it came to food and drink we were blown away with the quality and taste. All of the staff were great and couldn't have been nicer if they tried.

On opening our bedroom door we were taken back by the size of the room. (Very Small). It had a number of bad points. Our window looked out onto a flat felted roof which was strewn with tools for cleaning the roof, then there was the large noisy extractor fan from the kitchen which ran from the crack of dawn to when the kitchens finished at night. The reception on the TV was very poor which meant that the picture was distorted on most of the channels. Our bathroom wasn't great, it had two lights in the ceiling and one didn't work which made it very dark, then there was the missing chrome plug which meant that you couldn't fill the tiny sink. Wall paper in the room and bathroom was peeling in a number of places which could easily be rectified.
