1 dining room equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and an electric kettle, fridge and freezer. 1 small storeroom. 1 toilet.
Garden furniture and outdoor shower. Barbecue.
The village is near Corte (8 minutes by car) .You will find many shops.

Hiking, swimming around (15 min).
Distance to sea: 40 min northwest (Lozari) or 45 minutes northeast (Moriani-range)

This specious house in Soveria was pefect for us, a retired couple with adult sons. The location was ideal - close to Corte for shopping and meals, but also centrally located for access to various hiking trails (Restonica, GR20, Mare a Mare etc) whether by train or car. The train can be accessed by a footpath that leaves the road shortly after the recycling The house itself is very comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridg and a large freezer, although we did relatively little serious cooking. The living area has air-con should the weather be especially warm or humid. We stayed in the house for two weeks and enjoyed ourselves enormously.
