All was great

The location and the minimalistic design.

The location is perfect, very close to Episkopi beach where the best beach bar of the island is located (POUNTAKI). The hotel is also located very close to the main port of Kythnos, Merichas (4-5 minutes drive). Built on the slop going down to Episkopi beach, offers a wonderful view, especially during the sunset. Private pool is small but very nice and being cleaned daily. Generally the hotel is very clean. I loved the minimal disign of the room, which was very nice and spacious.

Breakfast could be improved, i didn't like that they offered only one coffee free of charge (included in the breakfast), if you requested a second one it would be charged extra.

The rooms are spacious and clean, newly renovated. The breakfast is good and the views from the common areas and pool are spectacular.

The reception area and parking area are confusing, the service could be a little improved. Some small details in the rooms should be fixed, like the bedroom glass door wasn't closing so we had to keep the shutters down all the time. These issues should be solved when you charge more than 300 euro per night for the room.

There were a number of negatives. Breakfast wasn’t particularly good quality, no coffee in room, no internet in room, late check in.

It was incredible!the private pool attached to you’re room was facing a gorgeous beach.the decoration and attention to detail in the room was amazing.modern but very thoughtful to provoke the Greek essence.the owner took her time to go over points of interest on the island N the cook was so considerate.
