La struttura è moderna e confortevole ha un ottima vivibilità sia interna che esterna, ben tenuta e curata. Vicina a Gallipoli in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, two terraces and swimming pool. Communication with the host was good.
However the property is not well maintained. The shower drain was clogged and the shower cabin was not properly cleaned and is leaking, which affects hygiene. The kitchenware is worn out, and we were provided with a used dish sponge without any kitchen towels.
The Wi‑Fi did not work, and we were told the issue was beyond the host’s control, so we had buy a local SIM card.
Additionally, the pool area sun beds are wornout and uncomfortable.
