The property was laid out well to capture views of the mountains from all rooms. Clean, comfortable, many facilities. Breakfast room overlooked mountains. Had a restaurant and bar, laundry service, filtered water to refill your water bottle.
Staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. 24hr reception. Even has a pool!
The only thing was that the restaurant did not open for dinner until 8:30pm. That is way too late for me to eat. I prefer an earlier time.

Rooms were lovely, breakfast was simple but very tasty, location was great. The views were beautiful from the room. Great overall
This is not a criticism of the place more to help people, we speak basic Spanish and got by. If you speak no Spanish you will struggle

The rooms are nice, just like in the photos. The location is great, only two blocks from the center.
But the bed was really hard and uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep at night. Breakfast was poor and not enough. They said breakfast starts at 8, we came at 8:05 and the group that arrived earlier had already finished all the bread, so there wasn’t much left. It took about 10 minutes until they brought more. The staff was slow and not very helpful. We asked for an extra towel for the baby, but it never came.
