Location, silent and spacious
Communication wasn’t that good plus the sliding door couldn’t be locked.. Not a nice feeling that all your stuff is inside. Hopefully they fix this for the next guests

The location is great. It was also nice having a designated parking spot for the rental car. The condo was very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the outside porch in the mornings and evenings.
The parking spot is under a shedding tree that leaves sticky flowers and residue on the car.
Checkin was not so easy. The code did not work initially and we had to call to get the AC unlocked to cool the place down.

The condo is exceptionally well equipped and the lanai is a lovely private space to relax. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the pool!

l’ll start out with the positives. Great location to restaurants, shops and beaches. It was well stocked with everything you needed for the beach, which was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the hammock on the lanai. The couch on the lanai had lots of ants on one end of it, so we didn’t spend much time on it.
Our biggest complaint were the beds. The bed in the master was a queen and the description said one king and one queen. We assumed the king would be in the bigger room with tub but it’s not. The “king” bed is in the spare room and it’s not even a true king. It’s two single beds pushed together so there is a big ledge in the middle of the mattress’s and the bed itself being two singles pushed together is short in length compared to a true King. My husband is 6 foot even and his feet hung off the end. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I actually had to sleep on the small pull out bed under the “king” mattress as it was way too hard so I didn’t even get to sleep next to my husband due to how hard the bed was and the gap between the two Singles in the middle. The hot water in the showers and the tub never got warm enough to take a bath and you had to wait forever just to get warm water. I chose this room for the beautiful master bedroom that was appealing. It was very frustrating. Lastly the door handle on the actual unit (the door you enter through) literally fell off when we opened the door and so every time we came back and had to open the door we would have to put it back on every time. Overall we were disappointed and won’t be staying in this particular unit again. This is our third time staying at the shores but will choose another unit next time. I hope they at the very least fix the bed issue.
