Die Positionierung als vegetarisches Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage am Strand ist sehr schön und hochwertig. Das Zimmer war sauber und an ansprechend.
Klimaanlage oder zumindest Ventilatoren wären im heißen Sommer gut. Auf das Essen mussten wir leider sehr lange warten.

Beim Frühstück wurde das vegane Konzept nicht zu 100% umgesetzt; das war auch gut so, da Nichtveganer damit einen kleinen Ausgleich erhalten :-); es sollte daher beim Frühstück noch mehr an nicht-veganen Speisen (außer Eier etc.) geboten werden. Die Qualität des Veganen Abendessen war hochwertig und schmackhaft, sodass wir als Nichtveganer - auch über mehrere Tage - damit sehr zufrieden waren.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die natürliche (nicht aufgesetzte) Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Großes Kompliment!
Zugang zum See ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es zu wenig natürlicher Schatten; das könnte problemlos durch mehr Schirme ausgeglichen werden

The three course vegetarian dinners were fantastic; with fresh ingredients, imaginative and creative dishes, and a good wine and drinks menu to accompany the food. Although we are not vegetarian, we really enjoyed the food (also the breakfasts, which were wonderful despite COVID restrictions) and would recommend this hotel highly to vegetarians and vegans. We also liked the location of the hotel, just at the beginning of the "Kurzone" where there is very little road traffic. The room was pleasant and clean. Some of the staff were fantastic as well.
Service was uneven. Some staff were fantastic, others were inattentive or outright rude. On two out of the four occasions we had dinner in the hotel, we waited for a long time to be served; once we complained after 20 minutes and learned that the couple next to us had been waiting for 40 minutes (in contrast to us, they were too polite to complain).
When we visited, the weather was cold and rainy; we knew this to be a risk and had deliberately chosen a hotel with an inside swimming pool. We weren't pleased to learn, upon arrival, that the pool was being refurbished - we would have considered it good practice to inform guests about this beforehand.
