Home was perfectly spotless! Fully stocked kitchen, great grill and all new appliances. The pool was great in the afternoon after a day at the beach or out exploring. For us, the view was the most amazing part of our adventure and we miss it dearly. Well, maybe we miss Scuba, the neighbors pup, a bit too! We will be back!

We chose this house for the views and were not disappointed! Gorgeous ocean views from all angles of the deck. We also loved the large pool & convenient location. The house was furnished quite lovely & the hosts, Matt & Laurie were quick to respond on any & all questions. Our family had a wonderful week exploring the island!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has 180 degree views of the ocean and Salt River Bay 525 feet below. Breezes were refreshing on the wrap around deck. Access to the bedrooms is outside the house, but doors lock, so it feels secure. The mattresses were super comfortable and all linens and furniture throughout are top notch. The kitchen is well-equipped, though you’ll likely have most meals out because there are so many to try! The pool is in very good shape and a nice way to cool down and an alternative to the beach when needed. The property is about halfway between Christiansted and Fredericksted, so it’s both quiet and centrally located. Despite some pretty rough roads on the island, the road up to the property is in great shape. Both the owner and local property manager were very responsive to requests and questions. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! So private and quiet. The location is great for exploring the East End and Christiansted. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved my stay at this Villa Madeleine location. The POC Kat was super responsive and very helpful throughout my stay as was Matthew, one of the owners. The villa was just as pictured and very well-appointed with a lovely nautically-themed island vibe. I'm a plus-sized person and I greatly appreciated that all the furniture was well-structured and generously proportioned. I'm not typically a morning person, but I found myself waking up just to marvel at the exquisite view of the sunrise. The pool was larger than it appears in the pictures and I especially enjoyed swimming at night. Honestly, I loved everything about the Villa except the long drive to and from town.

From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of by our VRBO peeps. We were met at the airport and was shown where the local grocery store was and was escorted to the Villa. Micheal made sure we had everything we needed and helped us get settled in. Walking into the Villa, the view of the ocean took my breath away. We were checked on throughout the week and felt like we were home. I would stay here again and again!

Cooktop needs to be repaired, or replaced. We like to make a number of meals! Grill was excellent! It would have been nice if the owner, or rep, contacted us at least once during our stay! We enjoyed the location, pool, view and restaurants in the area.

Was very nice location, property as listed, near by was Ziggys gas station which was the best Sunday brunch ever. Only Downside was a hot plate not stove . Otherwise very private and comfortable

Great place. Parking was tight b/c all units were occupied, and everyone had a Jeep or SUV. The kitchen was smaller than expected, and the TV/cable/audio setup needs some tweaking. All minor things considering we chose this place for the private pool.

We loved this property in St. Croix. It was hard to leave each day but the superb diving off the island lured us away. Beautifully appointed with a wonderful pool and very private vibe. Highly recommended.

Great two weeks that couldn’t have been any better!! The villa was great, the pool was awesome!! Very relaxing!! Loved the fact that that it is a secured property. The grounds are very well kept. Literally everything you could need is provided in the villa!! Beach towels, beach chairs, golf, snorkeling gear, etc. If you want to go inside and relax, great AC, cable TV. Kitchen has everything and is very nice!! The king bed is beautiful and very comfortable. It was great having washer/dryer also. There is absolutely nothing negative about this place other than having to leave and go back to reality!!

You can relax around the pool or like us choose to explore all the beaches and snorkel. Llewellyn wasn't available but Big beard does a great tour of Bucks Island. The house offers a great view and all the privacy 2 could want. KAT manager was on top of everything we needed and more. Lovely villa you won't be disappointed.

Cozy and private villa, was perfect for a honeymoon! Quiet neighbors! The bedroom is beautiful with french doors that open up to the pool and overlook the water. Great location, short drive to grocery store, Christiansted, beaches, restaurants. Within walking distance to Duggans and TLC, and Reef golf course. Owners, Matt and Laurie, always very responsive and helpful! Property Manager, Kat, met us at airport and made a pit stop with us to pick up some groceries on our way to the villa! Would highly recommend!

Villa Concordia , is a great place to stay and relax , perfect location on the east end , Villa was very relaxing , clean , quite , what a view , Cook a steak , or head down the hill to get a hamburger to lobster , Stay at the perfectly beautiful pool , or head to the beach , We have stayed in St Thomas , St Johns , Virgin Gorda , 10 trips to the Virgin Islands , Villa Concordia made it our BEST trip ever to the Carribean , Only bad thing had to leave 83 degrees s to minus 9 , Buck Island is a must , Sandy Point is a must , Lobster at Duggans is a must , Thomas Bakery is a must ,, ,Ziggys is a must , Budget rent a car is a must ,, GREAT 2 WEEKS , VILLA CONCORDIA MADE IT BE THAT WAY !

We absolutely love this place! The views were stunning and the private pool really made this home feel like it was your own little piece of paradise. The property manager Kat, met us at the airport and we followed her to the villa after we stopped at the grocery store to buy a few provisions. She was very kind and helpful and made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Matt and Laurie really have thought of everything you could possibly need, from blenders to beach towels, GPS to a welcome bottle of rum, we felt like friends staying at a friends vacation home. It was warm and inviting, clean and quiet, and just a beautiful, comfortable home. The views just driving into or out of the complex are absolutely amazing, and then to have the gorgeous ocean and mountain views from your own private pool is better than I ever could've dreamed it could be! It's only a short drive to Point Udall so getting up a little early to go watch the sunrise is absolutely worth it and I would highly recommend to anyone who hasnt done it. There are some great places to eat or just have a drink nearby and Matt and Laurie have a very helpful and informative book with recommendations on where to go and what to try, along with anything else you might want to know like things to do and places to see. We referred to their book often and appreciated the personal touch. You can feel the love they have for this place and you know they want you to experience that same feeling, and we did. We are so grateful to have experienced this little piece of heaven on earth and are looking forward to our next trip back! Mysti & Jenn

We had a wonderful time! Kat, the manager, was so prompt and super kind with any needs. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed may be the most comfortable we have ever slept on.

We loved staying in Villa Concordia! The pool was our favorite. Comfy bed, great tiled shower. Excellent ventilation, no need for AC. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed a week in Villa Concordia. The location is spectacular. You approach from a steep hill on the north side of this skinny east end of the island, crest the hill and then the villa is perched overlooking the south side. Very peaceful and tranquil. The layout is very private, so that we were able to leave the 2 sets of French doors open with just the screens. Never used AC. The kitchen was small, but very serviceable for our needs, which was mostly just breakfast and grilled cheese for dinner one night. We couldn't locate any utility knives, which might be a problem for cooking anything but eggs and grilled cheese. Nice cooktop. Large bathroom with sink, big countertop, and shower adjacent to the bedroom, and a separate powder room attached with a sink and toilet. Water pressure and temperature were good. Some mold and the paint is showing wear (throughout the villa, really), but nothing to deter us from staying again. The living room furniture, while comfortable, is also showing its wear. Probably doesn't help that two chairs are off-white, so really show dirt. The bed was huge and comfy, with plenty (too many?) throw pillows. We stopped piling all the pillows back on the bed everyday as it is too much housekeeping for vacation. 😉� The bed is quite high. I loved it, but someone who has mobility issues or is "vertically challenged" might not. There are plenty of bath towels in the villa, and two very nice beach towels and really nice, light portable beach chairs. There was a power outage one day, necessitating that the water pump be restarted. My husband spoke to our on-island contact (Kat, who was very nice and helpful), but was unable to get it started. Kat's husband needed to come by after work to handle it for us, which meant we had the better part of a day without water. By far the high point of the villa is the small private pool, with outdoor furniture and views to die for. There is a small grill, but it is very worn and rusty, and we did not use. We were coveting the next-door grill, which we could see from an angle when looking out over the edge of our pool deck. If you go, pop down the hill to the marina and sail to Buck Island with capt. Llewelyn (80 years old) on his cat (6 passengers only). Because it is the far east end of the island, you will be driving into Christiansted (~ 30 minutes) for most restaurants. Closer to the villa, Ziggy's, a converted gas station, has great food. Blue water Terrace is TERRIBLE.

We have stayed in several HomeAway properties throughout the world. This one, by far, has been our favorites. Matt and Laurie were very friendly and accommodating and the villa is beautiful. The view, decor, and private pool are just a few of the outstanding features of the villa. Special touches like providing a GPS navigation for getting around the island, suggestions on places to go, and a locker full of anything you could want to enjoy your stay took it over the top. We will definitely be back!

This property was very safe and in a great part of St Croix. The view was great and the outside pool area was perfect ! We would come back to the same home when we return in the future and would definitely recommend it to others ! Thank you Matthew and Laurie for a great anniversary stay !

The minute we drove up to the Villa we knew we were staying at a very special place. But, once you actually walk into it and see the fantastic furnishings and amazing view all of our thoughts were confirmed! All of the amenities and furnishings were top of the line. I will stay here again next trip to St. Croix!

Terrific place. We had a great time, in spite of both of us having bad colds. If you're going to be sick, you might as well be sick in a tropical paradise. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody.

Everything was perfect - just like in the pictures! We had a wonderful 5 days enjoying the island and coming back to the Villa every night - would love to stay here again! And the bed was really comfortable.

Having just got back from a fabulous trip to St. Croix & our wonderful stay @ Villa Concordia I cannot say enough good things. This Villa is so inviting & private. So very well decorated with the island feel. Love the breeze that comes in through the open doors. Very clean & well equipped with whatever you will need while there. Close to our favorite breakfast place, TLC, just down the hill. Also was able to catch the sunrise @ Point Udall as it is only a 10 min drive. Will be back to the island & hopefully to this wonderful Villa.

If you're looking for the perfect couple's romantic getaway, look no further. Having stayed on St. Croix a& at Villa Madeline many, many times in the past, I must say this is the most updated, best appointed & most beautiful villa available to date. We love the security of the guarded gates & the completely enclosed and gated outdoor space for each individual villa in the community. In Villa Concordia, there is simply nothing left to add to this perfect little gem in the Caribbean. The furnishings & decorations are of superior quality & beautiful island flair design. The private swimming pool & outdoor space are so serene & romantic with a beautiful palm tree swaying over the sun chaise loungers & outdoor dining table. It was difficult to leave this enchanted villa. But, the location is an easy 15 minute drive to dining, shopping & entertainment in historic Christiansted. But, there are two restaurants (TLC Kitchen & Duggan's), a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, Divi Resort & Casino AND TWO beaches on BOTH the South and North shores within a challenging (but great workout) walking distance. We couldn't take our eyes off of the beautiful views. Obviously, the Caribbean Sea is so gorgeous & the stars in the Milky Way and beyond at night were magnificent. Shooting stars are very common sightings. If you are hoping to find a well equipped kitchen, this is the place. The owners have fully stocked the lovely customized kitchen to the top. We noticed that the dishes and glassware were color coordinated to the rest of the beautiful island decor. We loved the breezy tropical winds that lightly swirled around the entire villa & especially the tropical feel of the billowing sheer curtains on the windows and the king size canopy bed. The bedroom is lovely & has that "Tommy Bahama" feel in the mahogany furnishings and the quality and tasteful bedding. A huge marbled shower is a delight in the bath. There is air-conditioning available, but we never needed to use it. The tropical flowers are blooming everywhere around Villa Concordia & the scents are intoxicating. Even the incredible Buck Island sail boat adventure was more enhanced when we returned to newly appreciate the sailboat art in the villa. The owners are very responsive and seemingly have several local island friends who we know, too. I know I'm gushing, but this is a great find on our very beloved island of St. Croix. We will return again and again and hopefully to Villa Concordia.
