We visited on a cold weekend with young children and were very happy with the heating in all of the rooms to keep us cosy and warm. Nice and close to town and Sovereign Hill.
Barbara was pleasant and helpful.
My only recomendation would be a smart t.v so we could use our own netflix/ foxtell apps

Location was great. City, Sovereign Hill, shopping areas, High Class Dining and Fast Food outlets like KFC, Hungry Jack's, McDonald's, Subway etc were within 6 mins of Drive Max.
I'd recommend this to anyone willing to visit/stay in Ballarat.
There was nothing negative that I found about the property during our stay. It was all as described. We enjoyed our stay there.
