If I could, I would give it 100 stars. Very cozy little boutique hotel with 6 rooms, a wonderful little garden. Check-in and access to the house was very easy, parking is free at the train station, which is about a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are normal size, comfortable for two people, perfectly clean. An old building tastefully renovated. I liked the small details, the little messages, the slippers for your own use, the rooms with different themes. The kitchen is small and has only the minimum equipment, but that's enough. Not suitable for cooking.
Jasmin and Richard are the perfect hosts. You could feel in every square inch that they run the hotel with heart and soul, putting all their knowledge, experience, and creativity into it. We spent wonderful days in the Salkammergut region, to which Jasmin and Richard's jewelry box added a lot.

Richard and Jasmin were exceptionally warm, welcoming and friendly hosts and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were also fantastic for local knowledge and gave me some excellent hiking recommendations during my stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and so peaceful. I genuinely slept better here than I do at home! The whole property has a wonderfully quiet, relaxed atmosphere, with lovely seating areas on each floor and beautiful mountain views.
There are so many thoughtful touches too: fridges on each floor for storing your own food and drinks, a kitchenette with free tea and coffee and use of a microwave, and a very convenient honesty bar stocked with water, beer and wine. Everything felt really well considered for guests, particularly if you’re staying for several days and spending your time hiking and exploring the area.
A simply wonderful stay and a place I would happily return to.
Honestly, nothing. I had a fantastic four-night stay and really couldn’t fault it.

The apartment was clean and the whole building was cozy and well designed. The guests were very nice and communication was good and clear. The location is also great with beautiful views of the mountains in a quiet and cozy town with restaurants and good food around. All of this for a great price. Really nothing to complain about.
