Good location and clean, bed and bedsheets very comfortable.
Bring your own toiletries, and walls and floors very thin, you can hear every step when a person walks next door and hallway.

The location and proximity to Southampton Village was perfect. The parking was also easy, but note it is a dirt parking lot and could be muddy if there is inclement weather.
The only issue we had is that we had to go into their restaurant, Blu Mar, to locate the manager/receptionist.

Nice decor, comfy bed, spacious
Blood stain on pillow, broken glass and liquid under the bed, only one caffeinated coffee pod, waiting at check in for person to show up and then no greeting or warmth whatsoever
