5 mins from the ferry and cafes. Clean and despite very late arrival, we were offered fresh water or a cold beer which was a welcome gesture! Rooms

I was late arriving due to a flight delay, so the instructions of how to find the key were very useful. Room 8 was in a corner position - no sea view - but only a minute or two the beach. Very quiet compared to some accommodation in Mastichari. Loved the screens on the doors to stop flies coming in. Air con was perfectly OK. A book exchange as well. Close to the Traditional House too, and a short walk to Aplo Beach Bar. A perfect start to my holiday. I'll try and stay longer next time.

The property was literally seconds away from the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The area of Mastihari is the perfect mix of lively and scenic and in my opinion much better than central kos.
The property was very close to everything holiday goers could want. (Bars food etc) The best part of the property was its hosts. The host and her family are the definition of Greek hospitality. I can not recommend this place enough.
