Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per 4 persone e ci siamo trovati bene. La posizione è strategica in centro, ma molto silenziosa, comodissima da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria e perfetta anche per chi desidera utilizzare i traghetti.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Simona, che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e che durante tutto il soggiorno è stata sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. La sua attenzione verso gli ospiti è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura.
Come nota dolente, nell'annuncio non è specificato che per accedere all'appartamento occorre percorrere un piano di scale composto da due rampe con gradini di altezze diverse. Inoltre, per accedere al ballatoio da cui si entra nell'alloggio sono presenti due ulteriori gradini fuori standard, così come un altro gradino all'interno dell'appartamento per raggiungere il bagno.
Probabilmente questi aspetti non rappresentano un problema per coppie giovani o persone senza limitazioni motorie, ma nel nostro caso viaggiavamo con una persona con alcune difficoltà motorie e la presenza di tutti questi dislivelli ha creato non poche difficoltà.
Segnalo inoltre che non è possibile accendere la luce delle scale dall'appartamento o dall'inizio della rampa: l'interruttore è presente soltanto in fondo alle scale, vicino al portoncino di ingresso del cortile. Questo rende meno agevole e sicuro l'utilizzo delle scale nelle ore serali o notturne.

Everything was perfect with Casa Felix. The location is ideal, close to the train station and Molo Concordia. They really thought of everything you might need for an excellent stay.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, two TVs, air conditioning, and it feels very safe. It’s also located in a beautiful area and was extremely clean. Pascuali’s attention and hospitality were exceptional.

Lage, privacy bzgl. Zugang, vollständige Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Haar trockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher, zusatzl. Kissen und Decken, Klimaanlage, TV, Küche mit Utensilien, Qualität der Möbel und Armaturen gut bis sehr gut, komfortable Betten.
Host ist ortskundig und sehr schnell mit dem beantworten von Fragen.
Sauberkeit innen knapp ok, draussen (Innenhof, Zugang, Balkon) schmutzig wegen den Tauben, m.E. v.a. wegen zu wenig Reinigung. Wenn es so vielen Tauben hat, müsste dort regelmässig gut gereinigt werden, was nicht der Fall ist. Dass Gäste den Aussenbereich selber reinigen müssten für Sauberkeit, wäre unpassend.
Check-out bereits um 10:00, sehr früh für Ferienwohnung mit regulärem Check-In um 14 oder 15 Uhr. Die 3 Personen könnten die 2 Zimmer locker in 1-2 Stunden reinigen; nicht ersichtlich, warum die so viel Zeit brauchen und die Gäste so früh weg schicken.

The location is very convenient walking distance from train station and from the ferry or private boat tour to go to positano, amalfi & capri.
Good host, he explains everything pretty well and has a useful book with information.
Please make sure to change the towels, they gave us 2 dirty towels and the material they are made of is really bad, I prefer normal towels, plus the beds are not that comfy & people satying next door were really loud but overall everything was good.
