El apartamento bien equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia,totalmente reformado. Baño con suelo radiante.Excelente ubicacion cerca de un centro comercial.
Edificio historico, por lo que no hay ascensor y el piso es un tercero.

Top top top Lage! Mitten in der Stadt, 5-10min zu den top Sehenswürdigkeiten, Straßenbahn 3min entfernt, TESCO 5min, Bäckerei 2min. Sehr schickes modernes Interior Design, superhell durch Dachfenster, große bequeme Couch und Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Top Gastgeber-Kommunikation (5-10min Antwortzeit max) & sehr nette persönliche Schlüsselübergabe inkl. Wohnungseinweisung.
4. Stock (Altbau) ohne Aufzug ist brutal während eines Städtetrips. ;) Einige Details in der Wohnung sind ein bisschen nervig, könnten aber leicht behoben werden:
- eine Duschtür klemmt, keine Ablage in der Dusche, keine WC-Papier-Abroller, Haken, Stangen oä. Und Schublade unter Waschbecken müsste dringend mitgereinigt werden
- nur kleines Fenster im Wozi und Schlafzi zu öffnen, dadurch Lüften schwieriger
- Bett quietscht und knarzt, wenn man sich bewegt, nur Verdunklungsvorhänge, keine Gardine oder Jalouise, dadurch kann der jeden Morgen im gegenüberliegenden Fenster rauchende Nachbar bei geöffnetem Vorhang direkt aufs Kopfkissen schauen
- ein kleiner Kleiderschrank und Garderobe, aber sonst keine Ablagen, Regale oä.
- hellhörig, Party in der Nachbarwohnung, die auch für Gäste vermietet wird, ist deutlich zu hören und auch Wasser, Toilette, Dusche etc.
Alles nicht schlimm, könnte einfach verbessert werden. Wir haben uns dennoch wohlgefühlt!

I loved that the property was so well located with most sites being within a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could need for a short and long stay. Despite being located close to a busy road, once you are in the apartment it is very quiet which I liked.
One thing I didn't like was that the coffee machine was not very clean.

I liked that you found a quick solution after water damage and you provided us with a new apartment which we super liked. As well the staff was kind and helpful.
Cleaness - all rooms should be cleaned. This time bathroom especially toilet was not clean. Was not veryy nice. But this is something you can improve:)
