Beautiful hotel . Super helpful staff. Reserved parking . Pau is a charming place to visit plenty of shopping, bars, cafes places to eat with a great view of the Pyrenees.

Central location with excellent proximity to shops and restaurants.
Secure parking
Friendly and professional staff.
Lovely combination of period features and modern decorations.
Only issue was the street cleaning machine at 0715 hrs which was beyond the control of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the city-center. The room and the bathroom were renovated and very well finished. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was also spotless clean. The staff at the reception was lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
