Small but cozy apartment with a separate bedroom. Kitchen is quite small but contains everything you'd need. You could use a balcony to have a breakfast (the lightning of the balcony just across the street is awesome, by the way!) or visit one of many bakeries nearby to have some tasty bread (be careful!). The host is very helpful and cheerful. She suggested places to order sushi and meat, and shared the contacts of a very good guide. The location, while not picturesque, is quite comfortable: many groceries and bakeries in the nearby area; drinking fountains could be found in every yard. Mount Ararat is visible, and in the sunset that IS a picturesque view! Subway station is like 7 minutes walking. The people is very kind and helpful. Will surely visit again!

Cannot think of anything. If I don't remember anything bad after 2 months, there was nothing bad, or it was just a minor annoyance. I'd recommend this place.
