Pleasant stay.

Pool was great, any problems staff was quick to deal with and very lovely. The location was perfect with many shops around and a short walk to old town.

Could’ve been cleaner however once being informed they did deal with any problems accordingly which was good.

The location was amazing, very close to the beach and Old Town, about a 10 minute walk all down hill.

The communication with check-in is very poor, no efforts were made to accommodate early check-in even though the apartment was apparently ready. And then when it came to 3pm check in there was no host to be seen, it took lots of phone calls and messages to finally get through and have someone at our apartment for 3:45pm with a key. We got to the apartment only for the key to be the incorrect key and we had to wait another 20min roughly for the host to get the correct key. Sadly the fridge does not work, so nothing was kept cold which is an important factor for such a warm location. The shower head does not reach the connector point on the wall. So for every shower you have to bend down and wash your head and basically hose yourself down. The pool was not too clean. There is no AC so just be aware of this before booking. And then balcony was out of service due to renovation work on the external facade of the building.

Would not stay here again too basic and uncomfortable and not clean.

The double bed and pillows supplied were very uncomfortable. Despite contacting as we left the airport (giving 40 minute notice, of our arrival they asked for it to be 30 ) we were left waiting outside for over another 30 minute more to wait on a key drop off . No apologies for the late arrival

The bathroom was not clean and had mould in the tile grouting and hair in the bath and just and a smell about it. Pool furniture was random and no idea what sun-bed we could use as some were obviously for private use for residents. They would not answer any queries I sent in the message part of booking.coms about our arrival only interested in a call to a telephone number to confirm arrival which they can’t even action to accommodate our arrival on time. Very inconvenient when coming in from abroad with limited access to call time.
