It was clean and had everything we needed including an ironing board and iron, washing machine and plenty of space for our luggage. The air conditioner worked well. It was a short walk to Ortigia island and had easy parking for our car. The host was super friendly and thoughtful. She left us bottled water and gave us beach towels at no extra charge when we asked. She also gave us good advice regarding best beaches to go to.
There were multiple keys and locks to get into the apartment so it took longer than normal however that being said, it felt secure.

Great location to visit Siracusa and Ortigia walking distance. The host was very welcoming, super friendly and made sure we had a great time with all amenties. Very very clean and best location possible if coming to visit the surrundings as well other than ortigia.

location was good with access to amenities. spacious bedroom with nice decoration. security measure.
the apartment situated on busy road so there was constant noise coming from the street and traffic throughout the night and early hours in the morning. adding to this , the building works from next door apartment which normally starts at about 7am also the noise from the apartment above . there was lack of light in kitchen ( hallway) as has no windows at all which made our meal a bit unpleasant. the water in the shower was so weak. getting in and out of the front door was a bit of challenge saying the least. the owner should provides some local information in English as those would be very useful. in my opinion, the apartment is only suitable for two people as the extra sofa bed was in the kitchen .
