Das Apartment liegt super zentral in einer ruhigen Gasse. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles ist sauber. Im Schlafzimmer ist eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr nützlich war.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben.
Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, hat dafür aber eine Was
chmaschine .

L'appartement est situé dans le cœur de Venise, il est propre et équipé avec le soucis du détail. Tout est mise en œuvre pour faciliter notre séjour (lit bébé, eau minérale pour bébé, gel douche, shampoing, lessive à main, cuisine très bien équipée, couvertures supplémentaires, thé, café, confiture, biscottes...). L'hôte est venue à notre rencontre à l'arrêt du bateau pour faciliter notre venue jusqu'au logement et nous a transmis des informations pour visiter Venise. Le matelas du lit est très confortable.
La chambre est équipée d'une climatisation monobloc murale car les groupes extérieurs sont interdits à Venise pour garder la beauté des façades d'immeubles. Ce type de climatisation est davantage bruyant, cependant elle fonctionne très bien et vous rafraichira ou chauffera.

El trato con Carla fue estupendo, una host muy atenta y pendiente de cualquier cosa. La ubicación era muy buena, el apartamento muy limpio, todo muy ordenado desde que llegamos. Bien equipado, realmente acogedor.
El sofá cama del salón era un poco incómodo.
