The property is really unique, not many rooms but very nice boutique hotel. The check in was really professional, got a very nice welcome drinks. The service was really excellent, beyond the expectations!! The staff at the bar and the restaurant were really friendly and professional.

Hotel was exceptional. From first arrival the reception was perfect, a kind welcome drink and easy parking for us. The tour of the hotel to start was nice, very interesting building, and the room was very comfortable - the most comfortable bed on our whole trip. Nice gym and sauna, perfect for relaxing after our drive. The staff helped us arrange a nice dinner in the town and recommended both bars and restaurants for us.

The sink is a little hard to use in the bathroom, but really this is only a very small problem. Hotel was perfect.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and the outstanding attention to detail during our recent stay at your hotel in Strasbourg. Everything was truly beyond our expectations, and I highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the city. A special thanks to Ms. Birtt, who kindly asked about my son’s dietary needs. My son suffers from a severe egg allergy, and Ms. Birtt was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, especially during breakfast, ensuring his safety and comfort at all times. Her professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference. Your hotel stands out not only for its excellent service but also for its thoughtful approach to every small detail that makes tourists feel at home.
