Communication with the host was good, it was easy to find the hotel, everything looked exactly like the pictures, the kitchen if full of food all the time, the cats were very cute, the area is good if you want to have a walk in the evening
The silicone needs to be replaced in the shower, aside of that, everything was great

La colazione è stata sicuramente abbondante e varia, unica pecca che dovrebbe esserci qualche cosa di salato perchè non tutti amano fare la colazione prettamente dolce, sennò è un qualcosa che andrebbe specificato. La posizione della struttura è bellissima ed è molto silenziosa e la gentilezza e cortesia del Sig. Roberto, papà del proprietario sono eccezionali.
Di sicuro il contatto con il proprietario in quanto se non ci fosse stato il papà avrei avuto non pochi problemi, visto che Alexander non sempre è immediatamente rintracciabile. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto diversi problemi, abbastanza risolvibili, ma sempre nei tempi della struttura e non personali. Ho avuto problemi con il meccanismo di apertura, che si sarebbe risolto facilmente con una chiave infatti, ho dovuto svegliare il Sig. Roberto in piena notte per poter rientrare e la cosa è alquanto fastidiosa. Comprendo che la struttura sia grande, ma se i condizionatori non vengono correttamente manutenzionati, chi paga non deve subire temperature non corrette, visto l'abbassamento delle stesse nelle ore notturne, ma deve poter usufruire del riscaldamento come era previsto nelle condizioni di prenotazione e che rientrava nella caratteristiche previste della struttura. Direi che si dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione a quei piccoli dettagli che potrebbero fare la differenza, visto che si è subito pronti a chiedere la differenza del pagamento se uno chiede un qualcosa in più. In ultimo il kit degli asciugamani dovrebbe prevedere, come asciugamano da doccia un qualcosa di più grande.

Big kitchen, but no breakfast provided. Great front facade/entry, but porch was full of flies, ants and dog dirt
No instructions. poor directions to the house. Owner didn't meet us. No information about the area, where to get food, etc.
