Overall I really recommend the apartment. I loved the location, I went for a concert at the arena, so it was super easy to come back afterwards. Facilities were great, there’s an induction stove, huge fridge, microwave. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked well. There were some lovely cats in the courtyard.
There’s no longer a view on the arena, as new buildings are under construction in front of the property. Of course it’s not the host’s fault that the beautiful view was taken away, however, I believe that the listing on Booking should be updated and it should be clarified that the view is no longer the same. I attached a photo of the current view.
Pots and pans were left in the cupboard a little dirty, also the dish rack could have a nice cleanse. Would be great to have a coffee machine added and a new non-stick pan.

The room was small but clean and had the essentials. It was what I needed for my few days in Pula. The hosts clearly communicated directions for entry.
The entry and stairs are rundown and dark, so coming in at night was a bit tricky.

Great location, near Arena in the city centre. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shared bathroom was very clean. Self check-in was highly convenient. Communication with the host excellent.
We only missed a fridge since it was quite hot. Maybe a shared fridge could be an option.
