Netter Service an der Rezeption. Hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Der E-Mail Kontakt mit der Rezeption im Vorfeld war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Schöne Unterkunft mit Whirlpool (relativ neu und sauber, aber klein, da passen maximal 2 Personen rein) und Sauna. Der sehr große Tisch im Wohnzimmer hat uns super gefallen und auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu acht und mit 3 kleinen Kindern. Die Zwei Zimmer oben sind etwas klein, da hat man kaum Stauraum. Insgesamt hatten wir 3 Toiletten im Haus. Ein Bad war in einem Zimmer. Ein weiteres Bad im Obergeschoss und unten ein Bad. Sehr schöne Lage, um Ausflüge zu starten. Die Chalets liegen recht eng zusammen, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Gute Parkplatzsituation. Gut gelöst mit einem Müllraum. Alles in allem sehr gut!
Zwei der vier Zimmer oben waren schon recht eng. Da konnte man nicht viel ablegen.

Very good looking, modern and clean chalet in a great area with helpful staff!
For a villa that sleeps 8, the sauna and hot tub are remarkably small. 3 people at a time at best.

It was not very clean, no barbecue available and the terrasse needs some work, we were a family of 10 with small children and we all had splinters in the feet, so you could not be barefoot which was really annoying.
The chalet’s does not offer any privacy, when using the jacuzzi, the neighbour’s terrasse was 3 meters away with direct view.
Not all chalets were booked but they still gave us one in the back row, immediately next to other visitors which was not understandable.
The kitchen is very small with almost no storage possibilites for your own food.
When asking for 3 beds rails (for 4 small children), the receptionist was clearly annoyed. When handing tbe keys she didn’t explain anything, not even how the sauna works. She was not very friendly nor helpful when planning hiking trails. Would not recommend!
