It is a beautiful, newly renovated villa with modern furnishings. The villa has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. There were seven of us, and we had plenty of space. The location is quite good; Porto Rafti is a charming little retreat that isn't overrun by tourists. A bus stop providing access to everywhere is just 10 minutes away from the villa. There is also a Lidl at that bus stop where you can get everything you need for self-catering. Taxis or Uber rides are also easy and affordable to arrange.
Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects, though some were eventually resolved. We had internet issues during the first few days, and the smart TVs still needed to be set up—which was the worst part for the kids. ;) The real downside of the stay, however, was the pest problem. We were greeted by a full-grown cockroach right when we received the keys. We had to cover the ground-floor drains because the bugs kept coming out of them. We were told this was normal, but unfortunately, it isn't. I suspect a structural defect—perhaps a pest flap is missing from the drainage system. I hope they get it under control.

Very comfortable, calmly and tastefully decorated, high specification property with lots of room including four different eating areas and three lounging zones so people can hang out together or have their own space. A good location for beaches and day trips including to Athens
Immediate area is a bit scruffy with litter around communal bins and lots of stray cats

The house has a great potential, very big and has everything needed for a perfect vication.
The owners are nice and communicative.
The pool is nice, BBQ area and outside sitting perfect.
The kitchen is nice but had no gas.
Overall property maintenance is poor..
The property gate works sometimes.
Hard to sleep is the upstairs bedrooms because of hit, with Aircon and not even in summer.
