Die Lage ist wunderschön mit Blick in toskanische Beinberge. Ebenso der gepflegte Garten sowie der Pool unter Olivenbäumen. Die Hauswirtschafterin Christina, welche sich um die Gäste kümmert, ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompensiert mit ihrer gastaffinen Art so manchen Mangel.
Leider ist der Zustand der Zimmer nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Villa als solches von außen ist sehr schön und entspricht der Vorstellung einer typischen Toskanaunterkunft. Innenausstattung leider mangelhaft. Fußboden sowie Möbel wirken wirklich altbacken. Einem muffigen Duft wird versucht mit schwerem Duft entgegenzusteuern. Macht es leider nicht besser. Das Bad ist klein und unmodern. Die Toilette steht fast im Duschbereich. Wasser muss man sehr lang laufen lassen bis es warm wird.
