The apartment was very well designed and furnished - high quality appliances and comfortable furniture. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with controls to raise the mattress so you could read in bed. The black marble floors were attractive and had heating (though we did not use it as it was not cold when we stayed). Although it was sub-basement level, everything was so slick and modern well-lit with nice scenery visible from the kitchen and bedroom windows that it did not feel dungeon-like. It was a very quiet location with very little noticeable sound from the house upstairs. It was walking distance from the centre of Åndalsnes, which was handy as we caught a bus to take a long hike.
It was a bit confusing to find but the host sent a link to make it easier.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, new, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was also quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax.
The host was super responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant accommodation.

Everything was neat and organized.
Charger cables were provided.
The kitchen and toilet are well equipped.
The television had netflix.
There was floor heating and ample lighting (important for basement stay).
Host provided explanations for everything, was accommodating and resolved issues promptly.
The journey from the train station is a bit far with ups and downs, can be annoying if you have a lot of luggage.
