Good breakfast choice, although some items not available some mornings eg peaches.
I very clearly requested a twin bed room and arrived to find one bed. we had the disruption of having 2 rooms the first night having arrived very late at night. It seems a lot of guest were upgraded to a bigger room, but we were not.
We got confused about whether we should have had free drinking water in our room everyday.
The spa were not very helpful when I wanted to use the sauna at 6.30. The place was empty!

Hotel buildings lovely setting very good, pool great .Loads of comfortable sun beds with shade access to beach great.Staff friendly very helpful with problems ie my safe wouldnt open and they came immediately to fix it. A bottle of sparkling wine and a covered plate of fruit left in the room.
Only one white wine on the wine list for the only restaurant we could go to the other resteraunt was fully booked or closed. The wine was
Not very nice
and in the bar we were only offered one different one again not a very nice wine, by the way we wher not on an all inclusive rate and where prepared to pay for a decent wine. This region is famous for its wines why not show case your produce. Dinner was buffet style which we don’t like and the tables were very close together and very near the food. Also the hot food was usually tepid.
