The property was amazing!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger room that was beautiful, with a rooftop terrace over looking parts of Monopoli and the beach. Fillipo and Maria were very helpful and it was a pleasure being greeted with Fillipo’s smiling face every morning at bfast. Would def come back!

The welcome, the location and breakfast in a cosy courtyard . Fillipo and Maria were gracious hosts with lovely fresh breakfast and their delicious homemade cakes made by Mama Maria is all perfect đź‘Ś

Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast incl the delicious cakes by Maria and her Mama. Super efficient air-con during heatwave conditions.
The steps were a tiny challenge for an old gal like myself (!) but Filippo graciously carried my bags up and down again when I left.

Filippo and Maria are lovely hosts. We had a pleasant stay, location perfect, nice and clean room, good breakfast, everything was great!
