Central location facing onto the main square with all the bars and restaurants.
They could invest in proper shampoo and conditioner for guests.

Right in the heart of Monopoli old town with high ceilings and a fab balcony overlooking one of the piazzas

We rented three rooms for our family. The rooms are at different location but all very near eachother (200m walk). The family appartement was very large and comfortabel, the other rooms are small. The location is absolutely fantastic. Everything is with walking distance. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
I hadn’t realized that you park outside of the city and then walk with all your luggage through cobble streets. They do provide a pickup for a small fee.

it was clean
We booked city view room and were given a room that felt like a cave… only view was into the entrance to the office courtyard…CERY CLAUSTROPHOBIC!!! spoke to ladies at desk they advised nothing else was available for the first night … after i contacted Booking.com they offered to move us for remaining 3 nights….our city view was into an alley looking at pigeon & poop across the alley…CITY VIEW advertised was VERY MISLEADING!!!
