The location is good. The food is also good. The price/quality ratio is perfect.
Very poor Wi-Fi, air conditioning was not working properly. Only one socket in the room.

Close to the beach , bars and restaurants. Hotel had a lovely good sized pool.
Room very basic and not very clean. Ensuite shower room had part of the ceiling missing and bins hadn't been emptied. Air con didn't work. Staff were informed and it was mended but when we tried to use it, it still didn't work.!! We were all inclusive but food choices weren't great and only seemed to cater for the bulgarians . Food wasnt replenished often enough either. Always running out and had to ask and wait for refills. Cakes were snapped up by people taking plates full at a time and they weren't replenished once gone. The waitresses were very good though and kept the tables clean after people had left, but we even had to ask for cutlery as there wasn't enough. Coffee machines were always running out of coffee and milk and were not being filled up quick enough. Afternoon snacks served from 2.30 to 4.30 were just ice cream cones !!!! nothing else so very disappointing. Despite all the negativity we did enjoy our stay in sunny beach as the facilities nearby and closeness to the beautiful beach outweighed the bad things. We will go to sunny beach again but maybe try a different hotel.
