The girls at the reception, Alina and Vlada, are the souls of this hotel. They were super welcoming and helpful and attended to every little request that we had.
The breakfast was good, everyone can find something for themselves.
The hotel is clean and neat, it’s pleasant to stay at.
The apres-ski bar right next to the hotel is usually quite loud, it might bother people who’d want to go to bed before 23 o’clock. But could be also super fun if you go there :)

Breakfast room was very small and made it difficult to get food during busy times when lots of guests arrived at the same time.

The parking space is not the best, The shower flooring was old and uncomfortable, and the whole bathroom felt a bit bad. there was no iron stem for clothes, there was no fridge include in the room, they could supply but will be 5€ a day…There was also only a tiny bar of soap literally coin-sized for our group of three people.
The location was not ideal either. Canazei is quite far from larger towns with more restaurants, shops, and activities. Since we visited at the end of May, there wasn’t much happening around the area. I’ve heard it’s much better during July and August, when the town is more lively and everything is open.
