Not statisfied, lots of complaints

This hotel is in perfect place next to my PG, so i can book room for my family whenever they came to chennai.

- Bathroom was not clean enough. - Balcony was not clean, lot of cigarette packets wastes, even in bathroom. - TV is not useable. No remote, tv buttom are dameged. - Fridge in floor is full of dirt and not useable. - Allowing dog to 1st floor, leaving bad smell in whole floor. - Most importantly, water is not easy accessible, need ask the receptionist all time. - No much spacious.

Disappointing. Lack of car parking. Too good to be true.

If I could give this property negative stars or 0, I've hit that button right away, because we were utterly disappointed because of the lack of car parking space. The hotel lister clearly noted free car parking space for the property but there wasn't any that was available. The roads were narrow and tough to go through and our car was not even able to go up the ramp. Off to a bad start. The receptionist was very lethargic and didn't bother much about our stay and our problem. To simply put in words, it isn't habitable as a property and for the sake of having a tiny leftover tiles in the ground floor, the lister noted it as "Parking Space". Lies. What is the next booking family going to do when they find out they can't even park their car, let alone having 2 apartments, what about an Innova, heck, a Kia Seltos can't even fit inside, and to note, there is NO space for parking outside the apartment on the narrow road.
