The location of the hotel was fantastic. There was a beach a couple of minutes down the road, and there was a shop, restaurant, and a coffee bar. It felt isolated enough from the rest of Rhodes, which was nice, because if we wanted to be surrounded by more people we could travel down to more popular beaches, or walk down the road. While also having access to everything we needed.
The hotel room booked itself had a fantastic jacuzzi. Was very nice and comfortable during the night. The air conditioning worked a treat, we visited in August. Where I feel the heat was at it's peak.
The hosts, Mike and Jiota, were very welcoming and accommodating. They did everything they could to make life easier for us. This included giving us drinks whenever they could, driving/dropping us where we needed. Calling us taxis through their links, and ultimately they were just very friendly, and lovely people.
Only thing I would change is the cleaning system. There was no fixed time for this, and while I appreciate most people would be out early to access the beaches, more often than less, my partner and I would try to get a lie in. The housekeeping did a fantastic job overall, but I would maybe introduce do not disturb signs or please clean my room signs which we could leave on the door

Staff of this accomodation did everthing to make our stay fantastic. We were checked in 2-3 hours earlier and gifted a bottle of wine: this was a wonderful start. Each of our requests was solved in the shortest time, staff was welcoming us every time with warm smiles and cold soft drinks)))
Rooms and all common areas were clean and quiet. Towels were being changed and cleaning in rooms was being done everyday.
There is a restaurant (and several in neigborhood) cafe and mini market in just 2-3 min walking distance. Both beaches nearby (Ladiko and Anthony Quinn) are fantastic.
Mike (the nice owner of property) even organised transfer to airport on very early morning for a very fair price.
WiFi in our room was good only in balcony area, but overall in all common areas like pool/lobby was strong enough (and who needs WiFi in hotel while you have fantastic beach nearby). Bathroom could be renovated but it was also not big issue. Some new building was being constructed nearly in front of our hotel but overall it was not noisy or dusty in our area.
