Loved the house. Loved pool table Loved Hereford. Beat house we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect 🥰 showers was fantastic.

Everything was perfect

This is a lovely house, lovely location on a quiet cul de sac. Spacious well decorated and could sleap 8 so well worth it's price. We arrived opened the door to a really warm welcoming hallway, large lounge, kitchen/dining room and downstairs toilet. Upstairs large master bedroom with 2 double beds and an en suite shower room. Two further double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds a small single with a bed settee and a family bathroom. Our group was only 4 people so had acres of space Pool table was a nice treat and once we had re tuned the TV as it had lost its channels we were happy with the facilities. Rear garden area with 2 outdoor tables and benches. Overall a lovely property and an enjoyable stay.

On arrival we had to wash cups and glasses prior to use. The problem is not that they were dirty but the marks on the items were due to the dishwasher needs salt and rinseaid so it is not cleaning properly. Something that can be easily overlooked. Both outside bins were already full. Both only minor issues. We did find a shard of broken glass on the carpet in the lounge luckily no one stood upon it. Just needs a little more attention by the cleaners prior to occupancies.

Nothing, it was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint

The house had a strange smell downstairs and the kitchen sink also smelt. We used all 4 bedrooms and couldn't understand why the biggest room had two double beds in it and the sofa bed was in the 4th bedroom. It would make more sense for one of the doubles to swap with the sofa bed. There was no bedding left for the sofa bed so my son had to take the bedding off one of the doubles and use that, although the bottom sheet didn't fit.

Excellent cavities our daughter loved the stay and the pool table was superb

Lack of shaver points in the property was the only problem as couldn’t use electric toothbrush or charge razor.
