Beautiful hotel with lots of facilities and comfortable rooms.
The staff somehow treats you a bit differently if you’re not staying as an all inclusive guest. They make you wear these wristbands to segregate you from the rest of the guests and it’s not very nice.

The pool area the vicinity with a nice beach and the outside jacouzzi + the sushi bar !
The reception staff was somehow not very prompt to some of my requests and they a major mistake offering a non see view room which was what I have booked. It after my I distance that they have accepted their mistake and moved us to the right room.

Staff were friendly - although we did tell them to re clean the rooms upon the check in because it obviously hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. We’ve found hair and open snacks on the counter, used towels, wet floor once we walked in….
Breakfast was clean and nice.
Pool was lovely.
Easy access to the sea.
The spa - loud, noisy, didn’t give off the vibe that you were at a spa. We left before and did not use the facilities.
Cleanliness upon check-in was lacking.
