Private resort; quiet place; adequate facilities.

Difficulty checking in; no one in office; self checkin by finding a room in the dark that had a key in the door. Had to guess which room was as ours.

The place was clean, the bed was comfortable

The 2 spaces weren’t actually separated, and the entrance basically just had a sink (with no places to hang towels), which was very random, and coat hangers there. There were shampoo and conditioner, but no hair dryer. There was no mountain view from the room so that was really misleading (pic from the window view included). The room didn’t have any night stands, and the elec fireplace didn’t work. They mention check in is until 11PM but no mention that there won’t be anyone at the reception from 8PM on. The message said they’d send a message/email with instructions, which was never received. Luckily they did reply to the phone (within check-in timeframe) although that was pretty inconvenient since we had to call from an intl number. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly either. It’s very far away from both Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks so location wasn’t great for us. Definitely overpriced. Glad it was discounted when we did, but we wouldn’t stay here again either way.

Location, decor, ease of check in.

We arrived in area about noon and left the next day before 7:00 am. I inquired about early check in and was told that was extra $20 which I had not heard of before. It turns out we did not check in early, it just seemed odd to me, early check in charge.

The place was cute and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Easy check in and check out. Great value for our stay!

Bathroom area was not quite as updated as the rest of the room, but still clean and comfortable. Location was a bit farther out from Grand Teton National Park which is where we were visiting (about 1 hour drive), but great value for our stay.

It was the cutest little local Hotel, and I loved the little touches that made it feel welcoming. The stairs had little lights so as I was walking up to my room I could see where I was going, and then when I walked into my room it was nice and warm with a tv showing a fireplace and classical music. Cute touches that added to the experience!

The only thing I can think of is that the room was advertised as a Mountain View room, but the way the roof was over the top, it blocked any scenery I might've been able to see. But I was only there for a quick trip, and could've easily just popped outside to enjoy the view.

The staff, the thinking about every detail in the tiny home, the comfort and the location and view.

The property hosts are great. You have everything needed for your stay, they ask & make sure of it. It's always clean & my fur baby gets to be with me. They have a large area to play ball & other games available.
