Disappointing

The host was initially friendly

Clear operational issues: an overwhelming stale odor in the room, ant spray left out indicating a pest problem, a temporary AC drainage bottle on the balcony, and a side balcony view that differed from the listing photos. Private feedback detailing these issues was sent directly to the host and completely ignored. Future guests should be aware that surface friendliness does not replace proper property maintenance and basic accountability.

Very kind hosts

Very good location, just an 8-minute walk from the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful. They picked us up from the bus station and even offered to drive us to Sveti Stefan and pick us up again at the end of the day, which was incredibly thoughtful of them. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay here!

The kitchen equipment was fairly basic and limited, but it had the essentials and was perfectly fine for preparing simple meals.
