The property was stunning, the pool and area was fantastic .Staff even before we arrived were outstanding .

Wish there was a bit more variety for food .

Picturesque, staff amazing, food amazing quality, overall just the most breathe taking place to visit!

Honestly, not a lot I dislike, if I’m being picky it is extremely hot at the moment, I would have enjoyed a slightly cooler pool to cool down in, but it was still amazing!

Extremely quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful hill outside Todi.

It feels like it could use a bit of a refresh. It’s tidy and clean but feels quite tired. Our room was very small and very dark. We were also surprised and disappointed by the staff. When we arrived we were shown to our room, which we had to reach via multiple flights of stairs. That was no issue for us but then no one offered to help us with our suitcases; there is a lift but it’s reserved for staff. Throughout our stay, the staff was efficient but not very friendly, especially during breakfast service (one of them responded rather rudely to my English husband who was trying to order a coffee in Italian). Nothing major that ruined our stay, but we will not be going back or recommend it to other people.
