I would never stay here again.

I liked that they were so accommodating to us showing up very late in the evening

Everything as soon as I walked into our suite. It was disgusting. Cockroaches. The place was filthy cobwebs shower bath dirty. Really really gross

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area with BBQs and seating around the gardens were fantastic. The communal areas were very well maintained and a great place to spend an afternoon relaxing. Having Foxtel with plenty of channels was an unexpected surprise. For what was paid, we felt it was good value for money.

Would stay again but not at the prices they are offering.

Quiet area and very accessible to venues and attractions

The room was newly renovated but was poorly done. Had issue with shower and step up into kitchen area. Only a/c was in lounge area and I noticed a sign in reception that to use it was an additional $10 per day. Pool area clumps of hair floating in pool and underwear under 1 of the chairs. Message left under door night before leaving advising having to clean (sweep, vacuum & mop floor + empty your own bins - not sure what the cleaners do)

the staff are thieves they have taken our $200 twice and never returned we it. therefore, we are taking legal action against them. cockroaches are everywhere. they breed them there. beds are so dirty. they never change or wash the linen. kitchen smells so bad and it’s 40 years old, all falling apart. no room service. aircon is not included in the booking as it says on the booking confirmation. there is a $10 per night charge for aircon. we have all left the property with itchy skin and must see doctor. overall, this was the worst stay ever. never recommend it to anyone.

Be ready to lose your $200 deposit like most other people that stay there

The fact they take everyone's 200 dollar deposit ,using any excuse to get it , so be prepared to argue with an old Asian woman about getting your deposit back , expect alot of talking about you between then in a language you don't understand , there rude and money hungry

cheap but your right next to backpackers so if your kids don’t sleep through everything maybe not for you.

it is so noisy, there were party’s until 4am and alarms going off all night.

Pool and spa

My ankle bracelet come off with the charms and I told the managers both male and female and they refused to go get the charms at the bottom of the spa filter but they wanted me to dive under the water to the bottom of the spa and get the filter out.... I have long hair it could of got sucked into the jets or filters and I would have drowned
