Dit was voor ons het tweede jaar dat we hier naartoe zijn gekomen. De ligging in Toscane, de ruime tuin en zwembad waren hierbij doorslaggevend. Het appartement dat wij hadden geboekt is met twee slaapkamers en woonkamer zeer ruim. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Er zijn op het terrein voldoende ligbedden voor handen en er is altijd een schaduwplek te vinden.
Het gebouw is gehorig. Dit wisten we en dit was voor ons geen belemmering om nogmaals terug te komen. Afhankelijk van hoe hard je buren ‘s avonds praten of snurken kan je dat dus horen. De warmwater voorziening is niet altijd optimaal. Soms is het lang wachten op warmwater in de douche of keuken. Maar als het 37 graden is buiten dan is een frisse douche ook niet erg. Het onverharde stuk toegangsweg is voor de meeste auto’s geen probleem maar kan een uitdaging zijn als je auto laag bij de grond ligt of slechte schokdempers heeft.

Het is een mooie rustige plek met mooi zwembad en tuin.
Het agentschap dat de boekingen regelt stuurt veel mails met info en vragen.

Pool was great. It was quiet and peaceful in the garden area and a pretty location with nice views from our apartment. The private terraced area was nice. garden was nicely maintained, plenty of shade and seating. Beds and bedrooms very comfortable. On balance the apartment was satisfactory for the price and we did have a good holiday due to the pool and garden and the proximity to Florence Siena and hilltowns. Everything was within easy reach by car.
Pool cleaning drone was in the pool during the day on some days so our use of the pool was hampered which was not ideal as the children wanted to be in it during those times. The location geographically was very good but the local town is not too appealing but that is just how it is. Not a fault per se. The seating for the living area needs some attention as the couch was not comfortable but as we were outside most of the time it didnt ruin anything. No information was provided about the local area, restaurants, locations to visit, no 'welcome pack'. You are literally left to your own devices which some people may like but we found a bit strange. Note- the room wasn't refreshed/cleaned at all during the entire stay. This again might be what we signed up for but just noting for future clients.
